Travel Sub-Agent Commission and Incentive Structure (POS - Nigeria)

This document outlines the commission and incentive structure for Sub-Agents operating under the 1860 Travels Sub Agent Commission structure. It is designed to motivate sub-agents to achieve sales growth and maintain service quality while promoting travel products through POS systems or online platforms.

Commission Structure (Base)

Sub-agents earn commissions on confirmed and fully paid bookings made through the agency’s system. The base rates apply as follows:

- International Airline Tickets: 8% – 10% of ticket value

- Hotel Bookings: 10% – 15% of booking value

- Tour Packages / Inclusive Tours: 10% – 20% of total package cost

Incentives and Overrides

In addition to base commissions, sub-agents qualify for performance-based incentives as outlined below:

- Volume Incentive: If the sub-agent achieves ₦10 million in monthly sales, an additional 2% commission applies to that month’s sales.
- Tiered Commission:
• Up to ₦5 million/month – Base commission
• ₦5 million – ₦10 million/month – Base +1%
• Above ₦10 million/month – Base +2–3%
- Special Product Bonus: For promoting new destinations or off-peak tours, receive a ₦50,000 bonus or +2% extra commission.
- Loyalty Bonus: After 12 consecutive months of target achievement, the sub-agent receives a travel voucher or agency-branded reward.
 - Recognition: Top 3 sub-agents each quarter receive a recognition award or additional commission.

Terms and Conditions

- Commission applies only to net bookings after refunds and supplier charges.

- All bookings must be made using the agency’s authorized system or portal.

- Commission payments are processed within 30 days after full payment confirmation.

- Cancelled or refunded bookings will result in reversal or adjustment of commissions.

- Incentives are not cumulative with base commission; the higher applies.

- The agency reserves the right to review and adjust this structure quarterly.
